Week 29 Menu

I am STILL on the road, but Cate and I do arrive home this week so I'm going to attempt a menu here. :) Thanks for all your menus the last few weeks! Please keep them coming, especially since my menu this week ain't so great.


My sis-in-law Jess made this delicious caprese salad for lunch one day down the Cape. Isn't it purty?

Monday:
- Still in New Jersey

Tuesday:
- The day we get home...pick something up somewhere

Wednesday:
- Spaghetti with meat sauce
- Veggie or salad
- Rolls or garlic bread

Thursday:
- Chicken Cordon Bleu (you know, those frozen ones)
- Rice
- Veggie

Friday:
- Hot dogs or hamburgers
- Fresh fruit
- Carrots and dip

Saturday:
- Chili

Sunday:
- Chili leftovers

    Tuesday: Chicken Curry and Lentils

    Wednesday: Lasagna (maybe...)

    Thursday: Leftovers

    Friday: eat out--on vacation!

    -Dinner at Brown Sugar Cafe in Boston...yummy Thai food!

    Monday:
    -Teriyaki beef skewers
    -Rice
    -Stir-fried veggies

    Tuesday:
    -Peppercorn pork tenderloin
    -Mashed potatoes
    -Roasted asparagus with parmesan

    Wednesday:
    -Frozen pizza
    -Tossed Salad

    Thursday:
    -Spinach and ricotta tortellini
    -Tossed salad
    -Garlic bread

    Friday:
    -Dinner in the North End of Boston (Italian something or other)

    Saturday:
    -Day at the beach (probably hot dogs and fries)

  4. Sunday: modified chicken cordon blue (chicken with jarlsburg and prosciutto) roasted veggies and bruschetta

    Monday: everyday food pacific shish kebabs, grilled corn, strawberry shortcake

    Tuesday: veggie stir fry w/ rice

    Wednesday: Chicken alfredo, caesar salad

    Thursday: Omlettes

    Friday: Turkey Cobb Salad

    Saturday: Pizza & raspberry lemonade

  5. Nothing hard this week- Babysitting Nephew so I'll have 4 kids to tend this week :)
    Sunday:
    - Brocolli and Cheese Soup and Bread w/Butter
    Monday:
    -Turkey from Deli
    -Mashed Potatoes
    -Mixed Vegi/Salad
    -Bread
    Tuesday:
    -Pizza
    -Vegi's/Salad
    Wednesday:
    -Costco Orange chicken
    -Vegi
    -Rice
    Thursday:
    -Lasagna
    Friday:
    -Breakfast for Dinner
    -French Toast or Pancakes
    -Eggs
    -Hashbrowns
    Saturday:
    -Taco Soup

    -Apricot Pulled pork sandwiches
    -corn on the cob

    Thursday:
    Red beans and rice (zatarans) with turkey sausage

    Friday:
    -Pizza (kids High School Musical 2 party)

    Saturday:
    -BBQ with friends: probably make chicken shish kebabs and take a salad

    Sunday:
    -Beef Pot Roast
    -Carrots and potatoes
    -Rolls
