Week 11 Menu

MONDAY:
- Leftovers

TUESDAY:
I STILL haven't made these... it's going to happen this week! The pesto's been ready for weeks (in the freezer)
- Chili Chicken Skewers
- Rice with Cilantro Pesto
- Asparagus or Chunky Banana Sweet Potato Mash

WEDNESDAY:
- Chicken Stir Fry
- Dumplings

THURSDAY:
- Hamburgers
- Baked French Fries


FRIDAY:
- Leftovers

SATURDAY:
- Chicken Marsala
- Whole wheat pasta
- Veggie

SUNDAY:
- Chicken Piccata
- Mashed potatoes
- Green beans

Monday- Spaghetti with Vegetable Marinara and Parmesan Meatballs

Tuesday- Red Beans and Rice with Cornbread

Wednesday- Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie

Thursday- Grilled Cheese and Quick Vegetable Soup

Jane, you had me fooled- I just thought those skewers were so good you were making them every week!

that's so funny... I don't doubt they ARE that good as my friend adrianne recommended them, but sadly the recipe has been a victim of circumstance. :) can't wait to actually eat them!

Monday- lemon parsley pork chops, pesto pasta

Tuesday- teriyaki sirlion w/ bok choy

Wednesday- chicken enchiladas, beans and rice

Thursday- baked ziti, caesar salad

Sunday- chicken kebabs

Belles Green Beans

French Green Beans
Bell Peppers any color
Olive Oil
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Steam Beans to your liking
Then remove from heat and put straight into icy water to stop the cooking
This keeps the green color vibrant
Heat frying pan with equal parts of Olive Oil & Butter
Put Julienne Bell Peppers into pan and saute
After Peppers are cooked to liking add Beans to pan and continue cooking
Season with Salt and Pepper
Serve and Enjoy

Our friends who will not touch green beans couldnt get enough
