French Lunch

After spending the morning in the Louvre, we stopped at a small cafe for lunch. We ordered a baguette avec poulet and some traditional veggies. This was honestly one of my favorite meals so far.

The vegetable bowl had traditional shredded carrots, beats & lentils. All three were great, but I think the lentils were my favorite.

The chicken in this simple sandwich was roasted and packed full of flavor. And of course the baguette was amazing.

Okay Jane, are you checking the print & pattern blog while you are gone? She was in Paris last week and she's reviewing all the super cool shops she visited. http://printpattern.blogspot.com/
Sounds like you're having a great time. Expect a call when you get back!

While you are in Paris you must visit the restaurants and sidewalk cafes of Montparnasse. The spirits of the "Lost Generation" fill the air. It will help you with your Muse.
