Snacks/lunches: Celery and cream cheese dip, homemade cheese pretzels, homemade whole wheat bread and natural peanut/almond butter, moist apple bread (the girls love this), fruits with cottage cheese or yogurt, snack salad with roast chicken and cottage cheese.

Jane, Your site has inspired me! I love it!! I remember my mom would plan meals, but I never have. It's about time I do, I have been in the craziest rut lately.
Next week I'll start planning, since the ward is still bringing us meals this week.

Monday: Mother's meat loaf, cornbread muffins, steamed squash and mashed potatoes.
Tuesday: Baked pork chops, my famous rosemary garden potatoes, and steamed broccoli.
Wednesday: Tacos and mexican rice
Thursday: Chicken and cashew lettuce wraps & vegetable fried rice.
Friday: Steak-ka-bobs, sliced tomatoes, wild rice pilaf, and salad.
Saturday:
Breakfast - Biscuits & sausage gravy.
Dinner - Baked ham, sweet potatoes, creamed corn & garden green beans.
Sunday:
Breakfast - Leftover ham, potato, and egg taquitos
Dinner - More ham!
And of course I'll be posting recipes on my website throughout the week.

This week:
- Sausage, Corn and Potato Chowder
Breakfast sausage (browned), Drained canned corn, potatoes (peeled, chopped, slightly microwaved), evaporated milk - mix in a large pot, add salt, pepper, garlic, simmer until thickened
- Panko and Coconut Salmon, green beans, whole wheat cheese tortellini with pesto
- Italian sausage, rice, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms
That's a lot of sausage this week...but so it goes when your in-laws go out of town for two weeks and empty out their refrigerator into yours.
Sunday: Out for Mexican Food at husband's request.
Monday: Taco Salad, rolls, watermelon
Tuesday: Graduation party - it's a Texas BBQ!
Wednesday: Steak, smashed potatoes, asparagus, salad
Thursday: BBQ'd pork chops, beans, rice, salad
Friday: Another Graduation party (4th in one week!)
Saturday: We leave for Maui, so we'll be eating at LAX! I'll be MIA next week...eating in Hawaii! Can't wait!
