Well, I think I've finally decided-
Monday- Zucchini & Yellow Squash Gratin with salad
Tuesday- Sweet & Sour Chicken with salad
Wednesday- Veggie Quesadillas with lime cilantro rice
Thursday- Chili with corn muffins
