Wednesday- Lemon crusted chicken, garlic roasted broccoli, pesto pasta

I'm totally drooling. Okay, I think I better come up with a menu to leave here tomorrow.

By the way--have I told you the I think I love Trader Joe's as much as you do?

jessica - mind sharing the spinach pie and crustless quiche recipes? those both sound intriguing...

jenny - I will check out that cookbook...sounds great! let us know which recipes came out good.

lindsey - I'm fast realizing that I just might be obsessed with TJs... glad he's not a real person or it would be close to stalking status. :) can't wait to see your menu!

I made the Turkey Cobb Salad (so easy and good) and the Strawberry Shortcakes, Carmelized pineapple, and baked ravioli. They were all good and easy. I used a balsamic vinegarette on the Cobb salad instead of the recommended one because we love balsamic at our house.

And the shortcake recipe was really good, but I like the Williams-Sonoma one a little better. I got the book at Costco so it was a lot cheaper, and they call for normal ingredients that I had on hand, for the most part.

I don't mind sharing at all, but let me try them first, as these are both first time recipes for me. And, actually, they are both Everyday Food recipes. I don't have the cookbook, but I subscribe to the mag, so I can highly recommend just about anything that comes out of it.

I feel like I am incapable of planning what I am making for dinner tonight, let alone for the entire week!! Kudos to all of you planners... I am inspired. Perhaps I will post what I am making later today...

Monday - Home-made Chicken Noodle Soup & Rolls (the home-made noodles are what make this soup the best... hopefully it will cure my case of sniffles)

Tuesday - Chicken Curry (TJs have been running these commercials lately for masala burgers that have gotten me in the mode for a little Indian...)

Wednesday - Corn Chowder

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Mexican Style Pizza (you know - beans, lettuce, cheese...)
